激光诱导击穿光谱技术在钢铁在线分类中的初步应用

【摘要】 废旧钢铁的高效回收利用既能降低成本,又可突破资源瓶颈制约,有利于钢铁工业可持续发展。废钢的形态各异、数量巨大,给分选带来了极大的挑战。因此,各种来源、成分的废钢几乎不经分类直接冶炼,不仅浪费资源降低效率,同时影响产品质量。本文基于激光光谱技术研制在线分拣系统,建立相关数学模型,实现了不同形态低碳钢、不锈钢以及高锰钢的自动化在线分类检测。结果表明,可自适应动态检测高度差异30mm样品,分拣准确率达到90%以上,分拣速度可达到90块/min。

【Abstract】 The efficient recovery and utilization of waste steel can reduce costs and break through resource bottlenecks, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the steel industry. The shape of scrap is different and the number is huge, which brings great challenges to the sorting. Therefore, scrap steel of various compositions is directly smelted without classification, which not only wastes resources and reduces efficiency, but also affects product quality. In this paper, an online sorting system was developed based on LIBS and a mathematical model was established to realize automated online sorting of different forms of low carbon steel, stainless steel and high manganese steel. The results show that the sample with height difference of 30 mm can be adaptively and dynamically detected, the sorting accuracy rate is over 90%, and the sorting speed can reach 90 pieces/min.
