基于CA模型的多元合金微观组织模拟

【摘要】 本文基于热传输和溶质传输建立了一个二维四元合金元胞自动机(CA)模型,同时考虑了热过冷,溶质过冷和曲率过冷对枝晶生长的影响,并引入偏心正方形算法模拟了任意角度的等轴晶生长。数值模拟结果表明,模型能够合理描述任意角度的晶粒生长过程,且能准确描述柱状晶生长过程中生成的次级枝晶。建立的CA模型与LGK解析模型进行了对比,验证了模型准确性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a two-dimensional cellular automaton model for Quaternary alloys is established based on heat and solute transport. The effects of thermal, solute and curvature undercooling on dendrite growth are considered. Decentered square algorithm is introduced to simulate equiaxed crystal growth at any angle. The numerical simulation results show that the model can reasonably describe the grain growth process at any angle and accurately describe the secondary dendrites in the columnar crystal growth process. The established CA model is compared with the LGK analytical model to verify the accuracy of the model.
