【摘要】 介绍安钢二炼轧厂通过对现有厂房、设备等参数的实地测量及考证,制订合理的实施方案,最大限度地利用现有的生产设备,通过关键设备的改造(如铁水罐、过跨车等),实现了150t转炉铁水"一罐到底"的工艺改造过程。从整个试车流程来看,过程中出现的问题较少,绝大部分工艺均在预期的效果之内。安钢150t转炉铁水"一罐到底"系统工艺具有简化生产流程、降低能源消耗、稳定转炉操作、节约增效等优点,在环保要求严格的今天,有着较好的应用前景。更多还原
