转炉自动化炼钢控制技术研究

【摘要】 在100t顶吹转炉上研究了炉气变化与吹炼末期熔池之间的关系,并依据规律分别建立二级过程控制数学模型,拓展了自行开发的AOA系统功能,使之同时具备高、低碳钢自动控制能力。并通过工业试验,应用该系统对转炉吹炼过程及终点进行控制,取得高碳钢一次性拉碳直接出钢率92.3%、低碳钢98.6%的实绩,并在系统中增设终点磷含量预测功能,一拉命中率达到83.1%。

【Abstract】 Research of relationship between off-gas compositions variation and bath state in 100 t top blowing converter were carried on, and the secondary process control model was also established, and the fuction of self-developed AOA system with both high carbon and low carbon steel grade automation controlling ability was added. Based on the industrial test, blowing process and end could be controlled applying this system and direct tapping rate arrived at 92.3% for high carbon steelgrade and 98.6% for low carbon steel grade. Forecasting function to phosphorus content was installed in AOA system, the single-time hit rate of phosphorus content w[P] at the blowing end could reach 83.1%.
