相图计算技术在先进汽车钢板材料设计中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文对相图计算技术在汽车用高性能TRIP钢,TWIP钢板等材料的成分设计,可镀性预测等方面的应用展开了研究,结果表明:两相区相比例、层错能、T0温度以及碳元素的扩散时间等可作为材料设计的特征变量,对其进行热力学和动力学计算有助于把握成分-组织-性能相互作用的内在机理,在此基础上采用集成计算技术有望实现成分的智能优选;通过对汽车钢板热浸镀锌过程中表面氧化物形成的热力学评估,可有效预测其可镀性,为高性能镀锌板的开发和应用提供设计指导。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the application of CALPHAD technology in the composition design and the prediction of galvanizability of TRIP steel, TWIP steel and other materials used in automobiles were studied. It was shown that phase composition during annealing, stack fault energy, T0 temperature and diffusion time of carbon can be used as characteristic variable of material design. Thermodynamic and kinetic calculations about these variables were helpful to obtain the mechanism of composition-microstructure-property interaction. On this basis, it was possible to realize intelligent optimization of composition by using integrated computing technology. Moreover, the thermodynamic evaluation of the formation of surface oxides in the process of hot dip galvanization can effectively predict the galvanizability and provide design guidance for the development and application of zinc-plated sheets with higher performance.
