生物质在高炉喷吹过程中的应用

【摘要】 随着世界环境恶化和能源短缺情况的凸显,近年来对钢铁企业的节能降耗工作的关注度也随之飙升。对生物质的概念以及其目前的应用状况进行简单的概括。从工业分析和元素分析方面介绍了生物质和煤炭资源的异同、生物质资源和煤相比的优劣势。并且总结前人的研究结果,探究了由于生物质的加入对煤粉燃烧效果的影响,指出了生物质和煤粉共同燃烧的优势以及存在的不足。分析了近些年以来国内外使用生物质在高炉喷吹中应用的条件以及其存在的问题。可以通过使用生物质代替部分煤粉用于高炉喷吹,以达到在高炉炼铁过程所需要解决的节能降耗,减少温室气体以及SO2、NOx等气体排放等问题。最后给出了生物质在高炉喷吹过程中应用的一些相关结论及其未来发展前景。
【Abstract】 With the deterioration of the world environment and the emergence of energy shortages,the attention of the steel companies in energy conservation and consumption reduction has soared in recent years.A brief summary of the concept of biomass and its current state of application.The similarities and differences between biomass and coal resources,and the advantages and disadvantages of biomass resources and coal are introduced in terms of industrial analysis and elemental analysis.And summed up the results of previous studies,explored the impact of the addition of biomass on the combustion of pulverized coal,pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of cocombustion of biomass and pulverized coal.It has been analyzed the conditions of application of biomass in blast furnace injection at home and abroad and its existing problems in recent years.It is possible to use biomass instead of part of the pulverized coal for blast furnace blasting to achieve the energy saving and consumption reduction,and to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and SO2,NOx and other gases that needs to be solved in the blast furnace ironmaking process.Finally,some relevant conclusions and future development prospects of the application of biomass in blast furnace injection process are given.
