【摘要】 目的探讨非整支药物的换算方法在PIVAS儿科配置环节中的效果,为了保障小儿用药剂量在静脉用药调配中心配置的准确性,提升临床用药的安全性。方法调取2017年12月份我院综合静脉用药调配中心接收儿科医嘱药物的汇总单,整理出最具代表性的药物,运用约分法和倍数法来计算在PIVAS儿科配置环节中非整支药物的换算,从而制定出非全量药品一览表,供配置人员使用。结果运用这两种换算方法对儿科药物进行统一方法配置,有效地减少儿科药物配置中的换算问题,提高儿科药物配置的准确性。结论非整支药物的换算方法应用于儿科配置环节,可明显提高药物换算的准确性和工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore thewhole drug conversion method in the sectors of PIVAS pediatric configuration effect, in order to ensure the configuration of the pediatric dosage in the intravenous drugs allocation centre accuracy, improve the safety of clinical medication.MethodsThe summary list of pediatric medicine orders received by the comprehensive intravenous drug dispensing center of our hospital in December 2017 was collected, and the most representative drugs were sorted out.The reduction method and multiple method were used to calculate the conversion of the whole drugs in the pediatric configuration of PIVAS, so as to formulate a list of non-complete drugs for use by the dispensing personnel.ResultsThe two methods were used to unify the pediatric drugs, effectively reduce the conversion of pediatric drug configuration, and improve the accuracy of paediatric drug configuration.ConclusionThe conversion method of non-whole drug is applied in paediatric configuration, which can obviously improve the accuracy and efficiency of drug conversion.更多还原
