基于激光反射层析法的换能器声场宽带测量

【摘要】 换能器的声场分布能够直观地表征出换能器声学性能的好坏,如何精确、快速地测量换能器的声场分布一直是水声测量领域的研究热点。从测量角度出发,搭建了一套测量装置,将激光反射层析法与宽带测量技术相结合,对HPCTN型平面换能器在500kHz~700kHz频段内的近场辐射声场分布进行了测量。声场测量结果与水听器扫描法单频测量结果吻合良好,验证了基于激光反射层析法的换能器辐射声场宽带测量技术的可行性,为换能器辐射声场的测量提供了一种准确、快速的测量方法。

【Abstract】 The acoustic field distribution of transducers can represent the acoustic performance of transducers directly. How to accurately and quickly measure the acoustic field distribution of transducers has always been a research hotspot in the field of underwater acoustic measurement. From the point of view of measurement, a set of measuring device was set up to measure the distribution of near-field radiation acoustic field in 500 k Hz~700 kHz frequency band of HPCTN type plane transducer by combining laser reflection tomography with broadband measurement technology. The acoustic field measurement results are in good agreement with the single frequency measurement results of hydrophone scanning method, which verifies the feasibility of the wide-band measurement technology of transducer radiation acoustic field based on laser reflection tomography, and provides an accurate and rapid measurement method for transducer radiation acoustic field measurement.
