无处理建筑垃圾再生骨料纤维混凝土力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 针对当前再生骨料处理过程复杂问题,提出直接采用无处理筛分骨料的建筑垃圾处理方式。对随机搜集的复合建筑垃圾进行了组分和粒径筛分调查,在此基础上,基于常规工程C15混凝土配合比增加30%水泥,用粒径在1.25~5mm的颗粒代替砂,粒径在5~20mm的颗粒作为粗骨料,以骨料替代率和聚丙烯纤维掺入量为变量,分别进行了立方体抗压强度和劈拉试验研究。研究表明,无处理建筑垃圾骨料替代率50%~70%并掺入聚丙烯纤维的再生混凝土能够达到C15的强度目标值,掺入1‰~2‰聚丙烯纤维时,混凝土的立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度分别提高8%和15%。

【Abstract】 In view of the complexity of the current recycling aggregate treatment process,a construction waste treatment method that directly uses untreated and screened aggregates is proposed.In this paper,the composition and particle size of the randomly collected composite construction waste were investigated.On this basis,based on the conventional engineering C15 concrete mix proportion,30% cement was increased,the particles with the particle size of 1.25 mm~5 mm were used to replace the sand,and the particles with the particle size of 5 mm~20 mm were used as the coarse aggregate.The cube compressive strength and splitting tensile test were carried out with the substitution ratio of the aggregate and the amount of polypropylene fiber as variables empirical study.The results show that the recycled concrete with 50%~70% of the replacement rate of the untreated construction waste aggregate and polypropylene fiber can reach the strength target value of C15.When 1‰~2‰ polypropylene fiber is added,the cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete are increased by 8% and 15%,respectively.
