【摘要】 由于面向CAE分析需求的橡胶材料参数实验缺乏相关标准,本文对影响实验精度和材料参数识别的一些因素进行了研究。在恒温和恒湿的环境中,分别进行了橡胶材料的单轴拉伸、单轴压缩和平面拉伸实验,分析拉伸速率、预调次数、润滑剂的选用,对样件夹持方法等问题进行了实验研究。结果认为:实验样件必须和产品具有同样的工艺和配方,且硬度基本相同;三类实验应该采用同样的加载速率;实验必须预调;选择合理的润滑剂;本文的平面拉伸样件制作方案能较好满足实验需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some facts that have influences on the precision of material test and parameter identification were studied for the lack of rubber material test standards for finite element analysis.In a environment of constant temperature and humidity,uniaxial tension,compression,and planar tension were performed to investigate the influence of load ratio,precondition,lubricant,and clamp method on the precision of test.The results show that the process,component and hardness of specimen and part should be same.The load ratio of these tests should be same.Lubricant has influence on the test.The specimen for planar tension designed in this paper work good in the test.更多还原
