【摘要】 种植两系杂交稻是提高我国水稻产量的主要途径之一,选育强优恢复系是两系杂交稻的重要方法。以江苏沿海地区农业科学研究所自育的盐恢888恢复系及盐582S、盐221S、盐220S和盐161S等4个籼型光温敏两系核不育系以及所配置的两系杂交稻组合为试验材料,研究了恢复系的恢复特性,不育系的不育性以及杂交稻组合的产量、品质和抗性表现。结果显示:盐恢888恢复力强,4个两系杂交稻组合的自然结实率为79.3%～84.8%;4个不育系不育性稳定,育性转换起点温度是23～24℃,田间稳定不育期45 d以上,套袋自交结实率0。育成的4个两系杂交稻组合产量优势明显,区试较Ⅱ优084或Ⅱ优838(对照)增产4.22%～7.07%,生产试验增产5.90%～11.30%;稻米品质均达国标3级以上优质米标准,其中盐两优1618达国标2级优质米标准;对稻瘟病、穗颈瘟、白叶枯病和纹枯病的综合抗性明显优于对照。盐恢888是一个配合力高、恢复力强、恢复谱广的强优恢复系,由此育成的两系杂交稻均表现出强优的杂种优势和优良的综合性状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Growing Two-line hybrid rice is one of the main technological measures to improve rice yield, and superior two-line restorer line selection is an important approach in two-line hybrid rice breeding. Yan Hui 888, a two-line restorer line and four Indica rice photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines, Yan 582 S, Yan 221 S, Yan 220 S and Yan 161 S, and four combinations of Yan Hui 888 with male sterile lines bred by institute of agricultural sciences in the coastal district of Jiangsu province were used to investigate restoration characteristics of Yan Hui 888, the sterility of male sterile lines and yield, quality and resistance performance of hybrid rice combination. Yan Hui 888 had a strong restoration power with natural seed setting of 79.3% ～ 84.8% for four combinations. Four male sterile lines had stable male sterility, with threshold temperature of fertility alteration of 23 oC to 24 oC, stable sterility duration for more than 45 d, and selfing seed setting of 0. Four two-line combinations bred had prominent yield heterosis with 4.22% ～ 7.07% increase in regional test and 5.90% ～ 11.30% increase in production test when compared with the ⅡYou 084 orⅡYou 838. The quality of four combinations reached more than GB level three of high quality rice standards, and level two for Yan Liang You 1618. Comprehensive resistance to rice blast, panical blight, bacterial blight and sheath blight was better than control. It was concluded that Yan Hui 888 was a superior two-line restorer line with high combining ability, strong restoration power and wide restoring spectrum, and two-line hybrid rice combinations bred by Yan Hui 888 showed strong heterosis and excellent comprehensive properties.更多还原
