结冰风洞加湿系统设计与应用
Humidification System in Icing Wind Tunnel

【摘要】 为了保障试验所需要的结冰风洞气流回路环境湿度,采用了等温加湿技术,研制了干蒸汽加湿系统。采用自动分段循环投切电加热蒸汽锅炉,提高了锅炉的安全性和可靠性。蒸汽通过汽水分离装置,其流向经过多次改变,水滴被分离出来,蒸汽的干度得到了提高。过滤器有效地去除了蒸汽中的杂质,保证了蒸汽的纯度。电动执行器实时自动调节陶瓷平面转阀开度,线性调节蒸汽流量,实现了湿度的精确控制。蒸汽喷雾架喷射的蒸汽与风洞内高速流动的气流充分混合,达到了加湿的目的。解决了大容量风洞回路内湿度快速、宽范围、高精度调节问题,满足了结冰风洞试验的技术要求。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure the environmental humidity of the wind tunnel loop required by the test,the isothermal humidification technology is adopted and the dry steam humidification system is developed. The safety and reliability of the electric heating steam boiler is improved by using automatic subsection cycle. Through the steam separation device,the flow direction is changed many times,the water drops are separated,so the steam dryness is improved. The filter effectively removes the impurities in the steam and ensures the purity of the steam. The electric actuator automatically adjusts the opening of the ceramic plane rotary valve, adjusts the steam flow linearly,realizes the precise control of the humidity amount,and the steam injected by the steam spray rack is fully mixed with the high-speed flowing air in the wind tunnel to achieve the purpose of humidification. It solves the problems of fast,wide range and high precision adjustment of humidity in the loop of large capacity wind tunnel,and meets the technical requirements of icing wind tunnel test.
