【摘要】 受今社会环境影响,社会精神心理问题日益加剧,经前焦虑证(Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder,PMDD)呈现高发病率态势,患病率为7.3%。相关研究虽愈加深入,但病因仍不明确。研究显示,情志间的协同致病及相互影响更为多见,多情志交织共同致病更加符合流行病学和临床实际,大样本情志病证调查发现,多情交织共同致病高达88.97%,其中女性发病高达74.1%,而目前研究多局限于中医自身的基础理论,且多集中在单一情绪,同时许多临床样本的不可获取性,使得动物实验研究更具优势。基于此采用情志刺激为主的多因素分段刺激法,复制动物模型,通过行为学指标评测,探查PMDD的发病机理,为治疗PMDD提供新思路,进一步促进相关理论发展,推进经前期综合征研究进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the influence of social environment, social psychosocial problems were increasing, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder(PMDD) showed high incidence rate, the prevalence rate was 7.3%.
