脱硫废水旋转喷雾蒸发产物析出及其对烟气组分影响特性的试验研究

【摘要】 利用脱硫废水旋转喷雾蒸发试验系统,考察了脱硫废水旋转喷雾蒸发产物析出特性及其对干燥塔出口烟气组分的影响。结果表明:由于烟气在干燥塔内发生旋转离心运动,使得干燥塔出口粉尘排放浓度可比塔进口烟气降低15%~50%,并会导致塔出口颗粒粒度分布向大粒径方向偏移,但对总烟气中粉尘浓度影响不大;脱硫废水喷雾蒸发过程中有5%~10%的氯离子转移到气相,可使总烟气中HCl浓度增加4.0%~10%,水汽含量约增加10%,对SO2、NOx排放几乎没影响。脱硫废水固相蒸干产物的主要组成为MgSO4、MgSO4. H2O、CaSO4.0. 5H2O、CaSO4和NaCl等,一部分附着在飞灰颗粒上形成较大的颗粒团,同时也存在未与飞灰结合的纯无机盐份。
【Abstract】 Using the rotary spray evaporation test system of desulfurization wastewater,the characteristics of rotary spray evaporation products of desulfurization wastewater and its influence on the flue gas components from the drying tower were investigated. The results show that the rotary spray drying tower has a certain separation efficiency,about 15 ~ 50% of the dust and salt fall into the bottom of the rotary spray drying tower,and the rest is discharged from the outlet of the drying tower to the subsequent dust removal equipment. The main components of the dry product are MgSO4,MgSO4,H2 O,Ca SO4·0. 5 H2 O,Ca SO4 and Na Cl. About 5 ~ 10% of the chloride ions are transferred to the gas phase during the spray evaporation of the desulfurization wastewater,and the rest exists in inorganic salts.
