污水电磁混凝技术优化研究、设计、经济分析
OPTIMIZATION RESEARCH,DESIGN AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF SEWAGE ELECTROMAGNETIC COAGULATION TECHNOLOGY

【摘要】 对于发展中国家来说,需要急切解决的问题是环境处理问题,面对已建或者新建的污水处理设施,如何在增加少量的建设投资、低成本的情况下提高设施的处理能力和处理质量,这是一个急需解决的问题。文章针对实际的案例,采用新旧设计对比分析、优化方案的量化指标计算、项目经济性分析等综合评定后引进了最先进的深化处理体系,在原二级生物处理后增加了深度处理工序,采用磁混凝沉淀工艺。使二次沉淀池排出水体进入深度处理池磁混凝沉淀池,然后经消毒处理达标排放,成功的解决了出水总磷指标—由原指标1.0 mg/L提标至0.3 mg/L,实现增加总磷处理量7.7 t/a,提供优质净化水源7300000 m~3/a双项指标。提升了区域内的水环境保护水平,确保了周边企业及居民生产生活用水,对国家经济发展产生积极的影响,值得其他类似项目参考引用。
【Abstract】 For the developing countries,it is very urgent to solve the problem of environmental treatment and facing the built or new-built sewage treatment facilities,how to improve the treatment ability and treatment quality of these facilities under the condition of adding a small amount of construction investments and low costs is a problem to be solved urgently. After this paper adopts the new and old design contrastive analysis,quantitative index calculation of optimal scheme,project economic analysis,and others to complete the comprehensive evaluation for actual cases,the foremost advanced treatment is introduced and the advanced treatment procedure is added after the completion of the original secondary biotreatment,meanwhile,the magnetic coagulation sedimentation process is adopted. The secondary sedimentation pool is discharged into the magnetic coagulation sedimentation pool of the advanced treatment pool,and then discharged to the standard after disinfection treatment,and the total phosphorus indicator of the effluent is successfully solved--from the original indicator of 1. 0 mg/L was improved to 0. 3 mg/L,increasing the total phosphorus treatment capacity of 7. 7 tons/year,providing high-quality purified water source7300000 m3/year dual indicators. It has improved the level of water environment protection in the region,ensuring the production and domestic use of surrounding enterprises and residents,and has a positive impact on the country’ s economic development. It is worthy of reference to other similar projects.
