羊粪生物炭对废水中重金属的去除效果和作用机理

【摘要】 羊粪生物炭是一种有效的重金属吸附剂。为评估不同热解温度下得到的羊粪生物炭对废水中重金属的去除效果和作用机理,本实验探究了羊粪在300~800℃下热解得到的生物炭的性质,并考察其对废水中重金属的吸附容量及不同吸附机制的贡献率。结果表明:800℃下制备的羊粪生物炭具有最高的pH值、矿物元素含量、灰分含量、芳香性和极性,对废水中的重金属的吸附容量最大;300℃下制备的羊粪生物炭产率和表面含氧官能团量最高,对废水中的重金属吸附容量次之;而500℃下热解制备的羊粪生物炭对重金属的吸附效果最差。羊粪生物炭对重金属的作用机理受热解温度的影响很大,随着热解温度的升高,羊粪生物炭对重金属的官能团络合作用不断减弱,而矿物作用不断增强,800℃热解制备的羊粪生物炭对重金属的矿物作用能力最强,对重金属吸附总量的贡献率达到98%;同时,800℃热解制备的羊粪生物炭对重金属的吸附效果最好,被认为是最有效的重金属吸附剂。该研究为羊粪的资源化利用提供重要数据支撑。

【Abstract】 Sheep manure biochar is an effective heavy metal adsorbent. In order to evaluate the removal effect and mechanism of heavy metal in wastewater by sheep manure biochar obtained at different pyrolysis temperatures, this study explored the properties of biochar obtained by pyrolysis of sheep manure at 300 ~ 800 ℃, examined their adsorption capacity of heavy metals in wastewater and contribution rates of different adsorption mechanisms. The results showed that the sheep manure biochar obtained at 800 ℃ had the highest pH value, mineral element content, ash content, aromaticity and polarity, as well as the largest adsorption capacity for heavy metals in wastewater; the sheep manure biochar obtained at 300 ℃ had the highest yield and surface oxygen-containing functional groups, which is second to the adsorption capacity of heavy metals in wastewater; while the removal of sheep manure biochar obtained at 500 ℃ was the worst. The mechanism of heavy metals for sheep manure biochar was greatly affected by pyrolysis temperature. With the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the complexation capacity of functional groups on sheep manure for heavy metals weakened but the mineral function strengthened. sheep manure biochar obtained at 800 ℃ had the strongest mineral action capacity, reaching 98% of contribution for total amount of heavy metal adsorption. At the same time, the sheep manure biochar prepared at a pyrolysis temperature of 800 ℃ had the best adsorption effect for heavy metals and was considered to be the most effective heavy metal adsorbent. This research provided important data support for the resource utilization of sheep manure.
