高大厂房冬季风幕阻风效果与影响因素分析
NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE HOT AIR CURTAIN FOR BLOCKING WINTER INFILTRATION OF LARGE SPACE FACTORY

【摘要】 本文对热风幕阻挡高大厂房冬季渗风效果进行了实测与模拟分析。在对某厂房热风幕实际运行性能测试的基础上,搭建CFD模型,重点针对热风幕的安置位置、送风风速、出口温度对其阻挡效果的影响进行模拟分析,并进一步探讨大门形式对风幕效果的影响。测试与模拟结果表明:开启风幕对减少冷风侵入具有一定的效果,双侧风幕的阻风效果要优于单侧风幕,在测试条件下阻隔率可达到63%;风幕阻隔效果与送风风速关系较大,风速越高阻隔效果越好;在大门宽度低于临界值(5Pa压差下为4.4m)时,双侧送风幕在相同出口风速下阻隔效果优于上送风幕,而大门较宽时上送风幕更优;热风幕的阻隔效果劣于送常温风风幕,在相同出口风速下,风幕送常温风时的大门渗风量可比送热风时降低25%。
【Abstract】 The present paper investigates and simulates the effect of hot air curtain blocking the infiltration of large space factory in winter.A CFD model is built based on the test of the operation effect of hot air curtain in a factory.The influence of the placement position of the hot air curtain,the wind speed of the air supply,and the exit temperature on the blocking effect are emphasized.And the influence of the form of the gate on the effect of the air curtain is further discussed.The results indicate that the opening of the air curtain has a certain effect on reducing cold air infiltration,and the wind curtain effect of the double side air curtain is better than that of the single side air curtain.The barrier rate can reach 63% under test condition.And there is a great relationship between the effect of wind curtain and the wind speed.The higher the wind speed,the better the barrier effect.When the width of the gate is below the critical value(the critical width is 4.4 m under 5 Pa differential pressure),the blocking effect of the double side air curtain under the same outlet wind speed is better than the upper air supply curtain and the upper air curtain is better when the gate width is wider.Due to the small density of hot air,the effect of the hot air curtain under the buoyancy force is inferior to that of the air curtain with normal temperature.At the same exit wind speed of the air curtain,the amount of air leakage through the door when the air curtain is not sending hot air can be reduced by 25% compared to when the hot air is sent.And the air curtain with normal temperature can reduce the energy consumption.
