EVA乳胶改性高强砂浆抗裂性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究可再分散性乳胶粉的不同掺量对高强水泥砂浆早期硬化开裂的影响,为提高水泥砂浆的柔韧性,对EVA型乳胶改性砂浆进行力学研究。由于聚合物中含有的表面活性剂会引入大量的气泡,降低了水泥砂浆的强度和耐久性。为此,通过加入适量的消泡剂来控制内部总孔隙率。采用在开裂环内侧粘贴应变片的方式测试高强水泥砂浆早期应变曲线,通过应变曲线可以得出高强水泥砂浆的开裂时间及抗拉性能。结果表明:EVA乳胶改性砂浆具有较高的抗拉强度和界面间的高附着力,可以显著提高水泥基的内部抗弯强度和抗裂性。将这一特性应用于纤维增强混凝土中,可以减少纤维掺量,显著提高砂浆和易性,为混合粉末型聚合物的纤维加固高强度水泥的开发提供基础资料。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of different dosages of redispersible latex powder on early hardening cracking of high strength cement mortar were studied.In order to improve the flexibility of cement mortar,the mechanical research on EVA latex modified mortar was carried out.Since the surfactant contained in the polymer introduces a large amount of bubbles,the strength and durability of the cement mortar are lowered.To this end,the internal total porosity is controlled by adding an appropriate amount of defoaming agent.The early strain curve of high-strength cement mortar was tested by attaching strain gauges on the inside of the cracking ring.The strain curve can be used to obtain the cracking time and tensile properties of high-strength cement mortar.The results show that the polymer cement slurry has high tensile strength and high adhesion between the interfaces,which can significantly improve the internal bending strength and crack resistance of the cement base.Applying this property to fiber-reinforced concrete can reduce the fiber content and significantly improve the workability of the mortar,and provide basic information for the development of fiber-reinforced high-strength cement of mixed powder polymer.
