CsI(Tl)闪烁体形状对剂量测量的影响

【摘要】 闪烁体剂量仪实际测量的量是探测器灵敏区内的平均剂量,这与定向剂量当量是一个点剂量的概念存在区别,从而导致闪烁体形状会对探测器角响应产生影响。为了研究这一问题,本工作选用了CsI(Tl)闪烁体和Hamamatsu S13360-6050PE SiPM组成的剂量仪,通过实验考察了CsT(T1)形状对剂量测量结果的影响;根据射线与物质相互作用的规律,推导了探测器的角响应数学模型,然后利用MATLAB软件研究了相同能量射线、不同厚度CsT(T1)闪烁体对SiPM剂量仪角响应的影响;最后模拟了相同厚度闪烁体、不同能量射线条件下剂量仪的角响应。
【Abstract】 The actual dose measured by scintillator dosimeter is the average dose in the sensitive region of the detector,which is different from the concept that the directional dose equivalent is a point dose,resulting the shape of scintillator will affect the angular response of the detector.In order to study this problem,a dosimeter consisting of CsI(Tl) scintillator and Hamamatsu S13360-6050 PE SiPM is selected in this work.The influence of CsT(Tl) shape on dose measurement results is investigated experimentally.Based on the law of interaction between ray and matter,the angular response mathematical model of the detector is derived.Then,CsT(Tl) scintillation with the same energy ray and different thickness is studied by using MATLAB software.Finally,the angular response of the dosimeter under the same thickness scintillator and different energy radiation conditions was simulated.
