PUREX流程中1A槽锆的萃取行为及其对界面污物形成的影响

【摘要】 95Zr是核燃料"燃烧"的裂变产物,Zr元素也是核燃料棒包壳材料的组成元素。虽经过Purex流程首端,但微米级的不溶锆沉淀和溶解在溶液中的锆元素会进入到1AF溶液中,最高可达0.3 mol/L。锆(Zr)与第三相的形成有直接关系,同时锆(Zr)与金属锝会发生共萃,所以锝元素的浓度也会影响1A槽中锆的走向,进而影响第三相的形成。本文调研了TBP-硝酸体系中,锝、锆的萃取行为,锝锆铀共萃的化学行为及锆与界面污物的形成等内容,为避免界面污物产生提供依据。

【Abstract】 95Zirconium is the fission product of nuclear fuel combustion,and also the constituent element of the nuclear fuel rod cladding material.After the cutting process section of PUREX process,zirconium would inevitably enter the 1 AF feed solution in micron-scale precipitation and zirconium ion in solution,and the concentration of zirconium would be up to 0.3 mol/L.Zirconium is one of the main reasons for the formation of the third phase in the extraction process and would be co-extracted with technetium.In this paper,the extraction behavior of technetium and zirconium in the TBP-nitric acid system,the chemical behavior of cerium-zirconium uranium co-extraction and the formation of zirconium and interface fouling were investigated to provide a basis for avoiding inter face fouling.
