铍/铝组件水力特性试验研究
Experimental study on hydraulic characteristics of Be/Al assembly

【摘要】 中国工程试验堆铍/铝组件在阻力件和下接头结构上做了适应性设计变更,为验证新的铍/铝组件结构设计的合理性和可靠性,并为反应堆热工水力设计提供重要输入参数,进行了铍/铝组件水力特性试验研究。针对原型铍/铝组件结构形式和堆内布置特点,阐述了堆外水力试验本体的设计方法,采取了试验模型与原型间隙稳定段流道压降相同、流量相等的方法以确保试验模型等效反映原型。利用铍/铝组件外流量标定试验结果和额定堆芯压降0.626 4 MPa下对应的铍/铝组件总流量,得到了在额定堆芯压降下三种直径Φ4 mm、Φ6 mm、Φ6.8 mm流水孔下接头组成的铍/铝组件内、外流道流量分配结果,均满足热工设计要求。水力冲刷试验结果表明:阻力件和下接头在冲刷后表面颜色都加深变为暗灰色,阻力件的外形尺寸无变化,Φ6.8 mm流水孔下接头侧孔和直孔的最大冲蚀率和平均冲蚀率均远低于冲蚀率允许限值1.71×10-5 mm/h,阻力件和下接头抗冲蚀性能均满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 In order to verify the rationality and reliability of the new Be/Al assembly structure design and provide important input parameters for the thermal-hydraulic design of Chinese Engineering Test Reactor,an experimental study on the hydraulic characteristics of Be/Al assembly was carried out.The design method of the hydraulic test model outside the reactor is described.The test model is equivalent to the prototype with the same pressure drop and flow rate in the stable section of clearance to ensure that the test model reflects the prototype equivalently.Based on the calibration test results of Be/Al assembly external flow rate and the total flow rate of Be/Al assembly corresponding to the rated core pressure-drop of 0.626 4 MPa,the flow distribution results of Be/Al assembly internal and external flow channels consisting of three kinds of lower-connector with diameter 4 mm,6 mm and 6.8 mm under the rated core pressure-drop are obtained,which meet the requirements of thermal design.The results of hydraulic erosion test show that the surface color of the resistance-part and the lower-connector deepen to dark gray after erosion,and the shape size of the resistance-part does not change.The maximum erosion rate and average erosion rate of the side and straight holes of the lower-connector under the 6.8 mm flow holes are far lower than the allowable limit of the erosion rate of 1.71 ×10-5 mm/h.The erosion resistance of the resistance-part and the lower-connector both meet the design requirements.
