【摘要】 加拿大是一个传统移民国家,其移民法立法原则是敞开大门,欢迎新移民,而美国也是一个移民国家,但是美国移民法为新移民设置了许多障碍。英国移民法以包容开始并逐渐趋向排斥。德国长期以来被认为是无移民政策的国家,但在2004年德国颁布了第一部《移民法》。法国移民法兼具容纳与排斥的矛盾。澳大利亚的移民法体系很完善,为了促进国家的发展,不断放宽技术移民的条件。同样,位于大洋洲的新西兰,移民政策也是政府的一项基本人口政策。研究发达国家的移民法,对于促进我国与世界的交流与互动,完善我国的出入境权和移民法,进而推动社会经济的发展,具有重要理论和实践意义。更多还原
