【摘要】 网络时代信息化的发展,政府信息公开的途径一般由政务网站发布,利用这些公开的数据信息,开展文化产业带的研究,已经得到重视。我国环渤海经济圈的京津冀地区,作为我国华北地区重要的发展极,与长三角地带和珠三角地带遥相呼应。而河北省环绕北京和天津两大直辖市,三地同属于京畿要地,京津冀地缘相接,人缘相亲;京津冀地属一体,文化同脉,尤其传统文化资源较为丰富。通过省市级政府年报数据分析京津冀文化产业地带发展特征,可以发现机会点,促进河北省形成新的文化产业带。通过依托京津冀区域城市数据及发展比较,推动河北实行文化产业强省目标,进而提出"一廊六带+区域城市圈"构想,以此来促进河北"文化产业带"与"京津文化地带"协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of informatization in the network age,the way of government information disclosure is usually published by government websites.Therefore,it has been paid much attention to research on cultural industrial belt by making use of the public data information.The Beijing-TianjinHebei region of China’s Bohai rim economic circle,as an important development pole in north China,echoes the Yangtze river delta and the pearl river delta.Hebei province is surrounded by Beijing and Tianjin,two major municipalities,the three cities belong to the Beijing capital,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei geographical contact,people matchmaking;The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an integral whole with the same cultural vein,especially rich in traditional cultural resources.By analyzing the development characteristics of the BeijingTianjin-Hebei cultural industrial zone through the data of provincial and municipal government annual reports,opportunities can be found to promote the formation of a new cultural industrial zone in Hebei province.Based on the comparison of urban data and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the aim of strengthening the cultural industry of Hebei province is promoted,and then the idea of "one corridor and six belts+regional urban circle" is put forward to promote the coordinated development of "cultural industrial belt" and "BeijingTianjin cultural belt"in Hebei.更多还原
