【摘要】 糖尿病作为一种慢性非传染性疾病,目前呈现"发病率高;知晓率低;高致病、致残率;控制达标率低;医疗负担沉重"等突出特点。良好的医患沟通在糖尿病管理中可发挥重要作用。在和谐的医患关系基础上,重点构建长程、系统的诊治模式,将人文关怀贯穿疾病管理的始终。良好的医患沟通是践行"以患者为中心"的医疗模式的重要基础,可最大程度延缓急、慢性并发症的发生、发展,减轻医疗负担,改善患者生活质量,提高预期寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetes,as a chronic and noninfectious diseases in China,presents high incidence;low awareness rate;high pathogenicity,disabilityrate;low compliance rate; heavy burden of medical paymentand other prominent features.Good doctorpatient communication can play an important rolein the management of diabetes.This paper points outseveral measures to deal with that.Beneaththe harmonious relat-ionship between doctors and patients,a long-term medical treatment mode shoud be built,humanecarethroughout the process.Good doctor-patient communication is the foundation of Patient-centered mode,which can reduce the medical burden,improve the life quality of patients,extend the life expectancy.更多还原
