发酵豆粕对断奶~2月龄肉兔生长发育、血清生化及肠道发育的影响

【摘要】 为研究饲粮不同发酵豆粕水平对断奶~2月龄肉兔生长性能、血清指标、及肠道发育的影响,选用平均体重为(748±50)g的断奶肉兔150只,随机分成5组,各组间初始体重无显著差异,分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照)、3%、6%、9%和12%发酵豆粕的试验饲粮,预试期7 d,正试期23 d。结果表明:饲粮发酵豆粕添加水平对ADG、ADⅠ、F/G无显著影响(P>0.05)。对血清总蛋白、碱性磷酸酶含量无显著影响(P>0.05),但对血清尿素氮含量有下降趋势(P=0.0562),对血清胆固醇含量影响显著(P<0.05)。饲粮发酵豆粕添加水平对十二指肠绒毛高度、肥大细胞数量影响显著(P<0.05),对乳酸菌和大肠杆菌含量影响显著(P<0.05)。综合本试验测定指标,饲粮不同发酵豆粕水平对断奶~2月龄肉兔的生长发育无显著影响,但能显著促进断奶~2月龄肉兔的肠道发育,改善盲肠微生物菌群。

【Abstract】 (Objective)This experiment was conducted to research the effects of fermented soybean meal on growth performance, serum biochemical and intestinal development of weaner to 2 month-old growing meat rabbits.(Method)One hundred and fifty weanling meat rabbits with an average body weight of(748±50) g were randomly divided into 5 groups. Rabbits in the 5 groups were fed experimental diets containing 0, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12% fermented soybean meal. The experiment included a pretrial period of 7 days and an experimental period of 23 days.(Results)The results showed as follows: dietary Fermented Soybean Meal level had no significant influence on average daily feed intake(ADI), average daily gain(ADG), feed/gain(F/G)(P>0.05). Dietary Fermented Soybean Meal level significantly affected the contents of serum cholesterol(CHO)(P<0.05), but had no significant influence on total protein(TP) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)(P>0.05). With the increase of Fermented Soybean Meal level, the serum urine nitrogen(SUN) had a downtrend(P=0.0562). The dietary Fermented Soybean Meal level also had significant effect on villous height of duodenum and mast cell number(P<0.05). Otherwise, the content of caecum microorganism, such as lactobacillus and colibacillus, were also affected significantly by the dietary Fermented Soybean Meal level(P<0.05).(Conclusion)The results indicated that the dietary Fermented Soybean Meal level had no significant influence on growing performance, but can promote the intestine development and improve microbial population status of weaner to 2 month-old meat rabbits.
