消失模铸造新技术及新应用

【摘要】 消失模铸造属于颇有特点的精密绿色铸造技术。为了适应于其技术特点,一些新技术、新应用产生,一些时期引起争议的看法也趋于相同。当前,铸铁和铸钢消失模铸造技术在国内外已趋成熟、应用也较广泛,复杂箱体、壳体铸铁件尤为适合;相比之下,有色合金的消失模铸造技术发展相对缓慢,近年来也产生了一些新技术,但有色合金消失模铸造技术的广泛应用还任重道远。本文分析了消失模铸造技术的特点,阐述了消失模铸造技术的国内外研究现状,指出了当前消失模铸造技术存在的主要问题,对今后消失模铸造技术的发展趋势进行了展望,着重介绍了几种特种消失模铸造新技术。最后,指出了消失模铸造技术的适用性,并介绍了它的一些最新应用。未来,研究特种消失模铸造新方法,结合金属材质、涂料、热处理工艺、新型泡沫材料和尾气净化技术等开发,是绿色消失模铸造技术的发展方向。

【Abstract】 The lost foam casting(LFC) belongs to a precision green casting technology with many obvious characteristic. To adjust to its technical features, some applications and technologies have generated, and some views tend to be same. Currently, the LFC technology has been widely employed in the cast iron and cast steel materials, such as complex box and shell parts. In contrast, the development of nonferrous alloys on the LFC technology is slower than that of cast iron and cast steel. Although some new technologies about the nonferrous alloys are developed, their wide applications will be a long way. In this paper, the characteristic of the LFC was first analyzed, and the research status of the LFC was then discussed. Meanwhile, the key problems of the LFC were pointed out. Moreover, the prospect of LFC technology was discussed, and some special LFC new technologies were introduced. Finally, the applicability and new application of the LFC was pointed out. In future, the development directions of the green LFC technology mainly focus on the special LFC new methods, metal material, coating, heat treatment, new foam materials and purification technology of tail gas, etc.
