【Abstract】 High nickel ductile iron is widely used in high-end castings such as exhaust manifold and turbine shell of automobile engine and air compressor of nuclear power, etc. In order to further study the solidification process and the microstructure formation of the ductile iron, according to the principle of color etching method, the color etching methods and their characteristic that is suitable for displaying the solidification microstructure of the alloy at room-temperature were investigated, and the reagent constituents and etching technologies were also optimized, which provides a good method for development and quality control of high-performance high nickel ductile iron casting.更多还原
