【摘要】 基于城市的空间尺度的认知和与现行规划体系对接的需要,总体城市设计作为城市设计工作重要的组成部分已经逐步被认可。在经历了早期"风貌塑造"的萌芽期和"愿景表述"的生长期,新常态背景下总体城市设计进入了注重"品质诉求"的新时期,需要更为关注有效地回应设计对象的真实需求,有序地提升生活空间的环境品质。本文认为战略性与战术性两种发展趋势值得高度重视,并结合北京总体城市设计战略与义乌总体城市设计两项具体工作,从聚焦与对接的实践角度提出总体城市设计工作的思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the cognition of spatial scales of cities and the integration to the planning system,comprehensive urban design has been accepted as an important part of urban design in China.After the cityscape shaping period and the visions expression period,comprehensive urban design need to focus on the effective response to real demands of design objectives and the ordered improve on environmental qualities of living spaces in the period of quality appealing.This article analyses the strategic and tactical trends of the development of comprehensive urban design based on the case studies of Beijing and Yiwu,and proposes the thoughts for future developments from practical perspectives of focusing and transferring.更多还原
