清幽养胃胶囊联合四联方案治疗Hp感染慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

【摘要】 目的观察清幽养胃胶囊联合四联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效,并从中医辩证及基础理论探讨,清幽养胃胶囊治疗Hp感染慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将60例符合诊断纳入标准的患者入组,按就诊先后顺序,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各30人。对照组予四联方案治疗,连续口服14天;治疗组予清幽养胃胶囊联合四联方案治疗,其中四联方案连用14天,清幽养胃胶囊连续口服45天。观察并记录两组在治疗前后症状积分情况、治疗后Hp根除情况以及不良症状发生情况。结果对两组病人的一般情况进行分析,结果示年龄及性别的组间差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.5),组间疗效具有可比性。两组患者的症状疗效比较,对于胃痞、口中异味、嘈杂、嗳气泛酸等症状改善,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05),对于胃痛的改善两组疗效相同(P>0.05);而对于舌质、脉象的改善方面,两种方案均未见明显疗效(P>0.05)。两组临床综合疗效比较,试验组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为50%,组内分析示两种方法治疗Hp感染相关慢性萎缩性胃炎均有效(P<0.05),组间分析示试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。对于根除Hp方面,对照组Hp根除率达80%,试验组Hp根除率达93%,试验组高于对照组,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。对于不良症状方面,清幽养胃胶囊组可减少口苦、腹泻的发生(P<0.05)。结论清幽养胃胶囊联合四联方案治疗Hp感染慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著,不仅可以明显改善临床症状,而且能够减少不良症状的发生,但不能明显提高Hp根除率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstact:Purpose To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingyou Yangwei capsule combined with quadruple therapy to treat the Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infected.And to discuss the mechanism of Qingyou Yangwei capsule in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infected from the perspective of TCM theory.Method Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria were enrolled in the study,and divided into treatment and control groups of 30 individuals according to a randomized method.The control group received quadruple therapy,and taking 14 consecutive days;in the treatment group,Qingyou Yangwei Capsule was added on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and taking 45 consecutive days.Two groups were observed before and after the eradication of Hp symptom scores,symptom scores and adverse reactions Hp eradication.Using statistical methods to analyze the information of the two groups patients..Results:There was no significant difference between groups in age and gender(P>0.5),and was comparable.Comparing the symptomatic effects between the two groups of patients,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the treatment of gastric cramps.mouth odor,noisy,pantothenic heartburn,etc(P<0.05);for the improvement of stomach pain,the two groups had the same effect(P>0.05);for the tongue and pulse,no obvious effect was found in the two regimens(P>0.05).Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate in the experimental group was77%,and the control group was 50%.By statistical analysis,both methods were effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infected,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).For eradication of Hp,the eradication rate of the control group was 78%,and the experimental group was 93%,so the eradication effect of the experimental group was same with the control group(P>0.05).For the adverse symptoms,Qingyouyangwei capsule group can reduce the incidence of bitterness and diarrhea(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingyou Yangwei capsule combined with quadruple therapy to treat chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infected had obvious clinical efficacy.They can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.and can reduce adverse reactions,but can not increase the eradication rate of Hp.更多还原
