【摘要】 本文以上世纪70年代末进口的轧辊双频感应淬火机床为例,介绍了原制造厂家对其进行升级改造的理念与方法,通过升级改造,使原设备70%的资源得到了再利用,各项性能指标达到了国际先进水平。文中介绍了进口的新一代控制系统中的双频感应加热电源、机床控制系统和人机监控界面,对机床再制造前后的性能进行了比较研究。最后,介绍了根据国内需求研发新的双频感应淬火机床情况,并给出了这些装备在国内不同厂家的实际应用照片。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the dual-frequency induction hardening machine for rolls imported at the end of the 1970 s was used as an example to introduce the concepts and methods of the original manufacturer’s upgrading and transformation. Through upgrading, 70% of the resources of the original equipment were reused. Performance indicators have reached the international advanced level. The paper introduces the dual-frequency induction heating power supply, machine control system and man-machine monitoring interface in the imported new generation control system, and compares the performance of the machine before and after remanufacturing. Finally, we introduced the development of new dual-frequency induction hardening based on domestic demand, and presented actual application photos of our equipment in different domestic manufacturers.更多还原
