计算含裂纹悬臂管流固耦合横向振动固有频率的两种方法

【摘要】 针对含有外表面周向裂纹的充液悬臂管,本文用无质量的扭转弹簧模拟裂纹,建立了直管路流固耦合横向振动4方程模型,分别利用分离变量法和拉普拉斯变换法进行横向振动分析。结合传递矩阵原理和管路边界条件构造整体方程,利用Matlab软件编程求解含裂纹悬臂管固有频率,并与有限元结果进行对比验证了其正确性;最后利用拉普拉斯变换法研究了裂纹深度、裂纹圆周角和裂纹位置对含裂纹悬臂管横向振动固有频率的影响。

【Abstract】 For a cantilever pipeline with circumferential crack on its outer surface, a mass-free torsional spring is used to simulate the cracks and a four-equation model of fluid-structure interaction transverse vibration of straight pipeline is established. The transverse vibration is analyzed by using the separated variable method and the Laplace transform method, respectively. Combining the transfer matrix principle and pipeline boundary conditions, the frequency equation is constructed and then the natural frequency of the cracked cantilever tube is solved by using Matlab. The results are compared with the finite element results to verify the correctness of the analysis and calculation. Finally, the influence of crack depth, crack circumference and crack location on the natural frequency of transverse vibration of cracked cantilever tube is studied by Laplace transform method.
