【摘要】 以石硖龙眼为研究对象,通过喷施0 mg?L^-1、10 mg?L^-1、30 mg?L^-1、50 mg?L^-1和70 mg?L^-1的外源亚硒酸钠,测定叶片及果实各营养元素含量及果实品质,研究叶面喷施亚硒酸钠对龙眼树体营养和果实品质的影响。结果表明,与对照比,喷施外源亚硒酸钠对叶片中N、P、K、Ca和Mg含量影响不明显,果实中N、P、K、Ca和Mg含量较对照有所下降,显著增加龙眼叶片和果实总硒含量,以喷施70mg?L^-1效果最为明显,显著高于其他处理,较对照分别增加1334.41%和25775.00%,喷施浓度与叶片和果实总硒含量存在极显著正相关。与对照比,喷施不同浓度外源亚硒酸钠对龙眼果实横纵径、单果重、可食率、可溶性固形物、维生素C和可滴定酸含量有一定程度提高,但影响不明显,相关性达不到显著性水平。综合分析,以叶面喷施70 mg?L^-1浓度亚硒酸钠为最佳,能显著提高叶片和果实总硒含量,对果实品质也有一定程度提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The long-term subfamily of SHIXIA longan was studied by spraying 0 mg?L^-1, 10 mg?L^-1, 30 mg?L^-1, 50 mg?L^-1 and 70 mg?L^-1. Sodium selenate was used to determine the nutrient content and fruit quality of leaves and fruits. The effects of foliar application of sodium selenite on the nutrition and fruit quality of longan trees were studied. The results showed that, the application of exogenous sodium selenite had no significant effect on the contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in the leaves, and the contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in the fruit decreased compared with the control. Significantly increased the total selenium content in leaves and fruits of longan, the effect of spraying 70 mg?L^-1 was the most obvious, which was significantly higher than other treatments, which increased by 1334.41% and 25775.00%.The spraying concentration and total selenium content in leaves and fruits existed. Very significant positive correlation. Compared with the control, spraying different concentrations of exogenous sodium selenite has a certain degree of improvement on the horizontal and vertical diameter, single fruit weight, edible rate, soluble solids, vitamin C and titratable acid content of longan fruits, but the effect is not obvious.
