【摘要】 通过对水文、气象资料分析研究,结合市场调研和气象服务业务实践,提出南水北调水文气象服务工作思考。(1)充分开展市场调研,熟知南水北调水源区气象服务现实需求;(2)建立专业气象服务研发团队,有针对性开展技术开发,开展气象部门和气象水文水电科研的多方位合作;(3)提供精细化的长、中、短期及短时不同时间段预报服务产品,开展跨区域气象服务联动机制,建立重大天气过程联合会商机制,保障服务的及时性和精准性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis and research of hydrology and meteorology data, combined with market research and meteorological service practice, the paper puts forward the thinking of Hydrometeorological service in the south to North Water Transfer Project.(1) fully carry out market research, know the realistic demand of meteorological service in the water source area of South to North Water Diversion.(2) establish a professional meteorological service R&D team, develop the technical development, carry out the multi-directional cooperation of meteorological departments and meteorological hydrology and hydroelectric research.(3) provide fine long, medium, short-term and short-time different period forecast suits.
