基于主成分分析和熵权的可拓模型判别矿井突水水源

【摘要】 快速准确判别矿井突水水源是解决矿井水害关键性问题之一,可以保证煤矿的财产与生命安全。通过利用主成分分析对突水水源评价指标进行处理分析,采用熵权法对突水水源进行评价赋权重,再结合可拓模型确定各验证样本的综合权重,最后根据最大隶属度原则对验证样本进行归类,从而建立突水水源判别模型。结果显示煤系水、太灰水及奥灰水判别结果正确率分别为83.33%、83.33%、66.67%,整体判别结果正确率为80%,表明该方法针对矿井突水的水源判别具有较好的准确性。

【Abstract】 Rapid and accurate identification of mine water inrush source is one of the key problems to solve mine water hazard,which can ensure the safety of coal mine property and life.By using the principal component analysis to analyze the evaluation index of water inrush water source,with the use of the entropy weight method to evaluate the water quality of the inrush water source,and then the comprehensive weight of each sample is determined by the extension model.Finally,according to the maximum membership principle,thus water inrush water discriminant model is established.Results show that the coal measures of water,ash water and the grey water discriminant result accuracy are 83.33%,83.33%and 83.33%respectively,and the discriminant result accuracy is 80%,which shows that this method has better accuracy for the water source identification of mine water inrush.
