结晶器振动模式对保护渣润滑效果影响的研究

【摘要】 本研究基于多相流和热焓-多孔介质模型,建立二维非稳态模型研究结晶器振动过程弯月面处液渣的流动行为以及振动模式对润滑效果的影响。计算结果表明,在结晶器周期性的振动下,渣膜厚度和保护渣瞬态消耗量均也呈现出周期性的变化。负滑脱期间向下运动的渣圈将渣道入口处的液渣"挤回"渣池内,所以,在负滑脱期内保护渣的消耗量较正滑脱期内的少。保持振幅和振频不变,与正弦振动相比,施加非正弦振动后,弯月面处热流密度变化波动显著减小,保护渣消耗量由0.274 kg/m~2增大到0.286 kg/m~2。
【Abstract】 In the current study, a two-dimensional unsteady model involving multi-phase fluid flow and enthalpy-porous medium model was established to study the infiltration of liquid slag at meniscus into the mold-strand gap and the effect of ocsillation mode on lubrication during mold oscillation process. The results show that the thickness of slag film and the transient consumption of mold powder appear periodic changes under the periodic ocsillation of the mold. During negative strip period, the slag rim which moves down will "squeeze back" the liquid slag at the entrance of the slag channel, so the consumption of the mold powder in the negative strip period is less than that in the positive strip period. Keep amplitude and frequency constant, compared with sinusoidal ocsillation, when non-sinusoidal ocsillation is applied, the fluctuation of heat flux at meniscus decreases significantly and the slag consumption increases from 0.274 kg/m~2 to 0.274 kg/m~2.
