连铸结晶器熔渣组分影响振痕分析

【摘要】 振痕是连铸坯表面裂纹等缺陷形成主要诱因,而振动结晶器气隙内熔渣是控制振痕形成关键。本文通过实验检测不同组分熔渣的性能,结合弯月面渣道压力计算模型,分析振动参数和熔渣组分对振痕影响。结果表明:增加熔渣碱度,可减小渣道最大正压力;熔渣Al2O3含量增加,使渣道最大正压力增加,导致振痕加深;熔渣CaF2和Na2O含量增加,使渣道最大正压力减小。采用低黏度渣有利于减轻振痕。

【Abstract】 Oscillation mark is the main cause of slab defects such as surface crack in continuously cast steel, and the molten slag in the air gap of oscillating mold is crucial to control the formation of oscillation marks. This study analyzed the influence of oscillation parameters and slag composition on oscillation marks through an experimental test for the different compositions of molten slag, in combination with the calculation model flux channel pressure on meniscus. The results show that the maximum positive pressure in flux channel is dropped by increasing the basicity of molten slag. Content increase of Al2O3 can increase the maximum positive pressure and then deepen the oscillation marks; Maximum positive pressure is decreased with the contents of CaF2 and Na2O in molten slag. The utilization of low viscosity slag for reducing oscillation marks.
