电渣重熔用中氟渣氟化物挥发对熔点影响规律研究
Influence of Fluoride Volatilization on the Melting Point of ESR Slag with Medium Fluoride Content

【摘要】 本文通过对比企业预熔后原渣与相同成分化学纯配制中氟渣在不同升温速率下熔点测定的差异,结合热重实验、质谱分析以及SEM物相观察,得出由于配渣方式不同,预熔后的原渣(9A-O)升温到熔点时失重1.11%,物相由枪晶石向黄长石、二铝酸钙等低熔点晶体发生转变;化学纯试样(9A-C)升温到熔点时失重7.79%,挥发份为CaF2和少量MgF2,且物相多为板条状枪晶石和菱形镁铝尖晶石等高熔点物相,最终造成成分变化及熔点差异,对获取更加准确的中氟渣熔点以及电渣制备工艺优化具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 This paper compared the difference of the melting point at different heating rates between the pre-melted raw slag and the chemically pure slag of the same component. Through thennogravimetry, mass spectrometry and SEM observation, it was found that due to different mode of slag distribution, the pre-melted raw slag(9 A-O) had a weight loss of 1.11% when heated to its melting point, and exhibited secondary crystallization from cuspidine to low melting point crystals such as melilite and calcium aluminate; the chemically pure sample(9 A-C) had a weight loss was 7.79% at melting point, and the volatile was CaF2 and a small amount of MgF2, and the phases were mostly high melting point such as lath-shaped cuspidine and diamond-shaped magnesium aluminum spinel, eventually leading to a melting the point difference. It was of reference value for obtaining more accurate melting point of medium fluoride slag and optimization of slag preparation process.
