电化学法便利制备的RuO2-羧基化石墨烯复合物及其超级电容性能
Facile electrochemical preparation of a ruthenium dioxide-carboxylated graphene composite and its supercapacitance performance

【摘要】 采用两步电化学法制备了RuO2和羧基化石墨烯(RuO2-CG)复合物。首先,将石英晶体微天平(QCM)金电极置于搅拌的RuCl3、羧基化石墨烯(CG)和H2SO4分散液中,-0.25V vs SCE下电沉积制得Ru-CG复合物,再在0.5 M硫酸溶液中循环伏安氧化Ru-CG复合物制得RuO2–CG/QCM电极。研究了电极的超级电容性能,比电容达756 F g-1,高于很多已有RuO2基电极[1-3],能量密度为101 Wh kg-1(功率密度为2.5 kW kg-1时),稳定性好。
【Abstract】 Ruthenium and carboxylated graphene(CG) were coelectrodeposited at-0.25 V vs SCE on a quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) Au electrode in a stirred aqueous dispersion containing RuCl3, CG and H2SO4.The Ru–CG composite was electrooxidized by cyclic voltammetry in 0.5 M aqueous H2SO4 to yield a RuO2–CG/QCM electrode for supercapacitor research.The RuO2–CG/QCM electrode exhibited an apparent specific capacitance of 756 F g-1, an energy density of 101 Wh kg-1 at a power density of 2.5 kW kg-1, and high stability.The specific capacitance is higher than many reported RuO2–based electrodes.The present method for preparation of RuO2–CG composite film only needs two simple electrochemical processes(solution–stirred composite electrodeposition and then a solution–quiescent anodic treatment), which is promising for facile preparation of other similar nanocomposite films for wider applications.
