直接竞争ELISA法快速检测橘子皮中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的残留
Fast detection of residual 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic in oranges peel by direct competitive ELISA

【摘要】 采用直接竞争ELISA法实现了对橘子皮中残留2,4-D的检测。经过对该方法的验证,其线性范围为2~250 ng/mL(R~2=0.997),检测限为0.67 ng/mL,在该范围内相关性良好。其日内和日间的变异系数(coefficient of variation,CV)分别在3.12~7.47%和2.62~6.54%之间,均小于10%,精密度良好。平均回收率为96.7%,有较高的准确度和良好的特异性。因此,该直接竞争ELISA法可以快速准确的实现对橘子皮中残留的2,4-D检测。
【Abstract】 Using the direct competitive ELISA completes the detection of residual 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic in oranges peel.Results of the studies indicate that the linear range is from 2 to 250 ng/mL(R~2= 0.997) and the limit of detectionis 0.67 ng/mL.The precision of the method is good with the coefficient of variationsof intra-day and inter-day are from 3.12 to 7.47% and 2.62 to 6.54%,respectively,which were both low 10%.The specificity was satisfactory and the mean recovery was 95.5% so the precise was good.Therefore,this direct competitive ELISA could complete the fast and precise detection of residual 2,4-D in oranges peel.
