集成设计意图的更改控制模型

【摘要】 设计更改管理是构型管理领域关键组成部分,随着复杂产品研制过程是典型的多领域多学科高度耦合的过程,如何对频繁的设计更改进行有效过程控制,保证设计更改完整性,已成为复杂产品研制过程中迫切需要解决的难题。本文引入设计意图建模技术,建立集成设计意图的更改控制模型。借助设计意图完整性和设计背后的依据信息支持,提出设计更改完整性判断流程和规范,为设计更改完整性判断提供了依据和流程保证,提高对复杂产品的构型控制能力,保证研制过程质量安全。最后以某型飞机设计更改过程为例,验证了设计更改控制模型和设计更改完整性判定流程的有效性。

【Abstract】 Desi gn change management is a key component of configuration management.As complex product development process is a typical multi-disciplinary and highly coupled process,how to control the frequent design changes effectively and ensure the integrity of design changes has become an urgent problem in the process of complex product development.In this paper,the design intent modeling technology is introduced to establish the change process model.With the help of integrity of design intention and the basis of design,the process and criterion of design change integrity judgment are proposed,which provide the basis and process guarantee for design change integrity judgment,improve the configuration control ability of complex product and ensure the quality and safety of product development process.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the design change process model and the design change integrity process.
