超临界二氧化碳辅助无卤阻燃聚丙烯发泡片材的制备

【摘要】 聚丙烯(PP)发泡材料由于其优越的力学性能、耐高温性能、耐化学性能等特点,被公认为是传统聚苯乙烯(PS)发泡材料和聚氨酯(PU)发泡材料的最佳替代物。由于聚丙烯氧指数低,属于易燃材料,而且在远离火源保持燃烧,这在一定程度上限制它的应用。目前研究的热点主要集中在新型阻燃剂的开发,对阻燃聚丙烯发泡材料的研究甚少。本文采用传统的膨胀型阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为阻燃体系,采用低熔体强度PP包覆阻燃剂制备母粒,可以提高其与高熔体强度PP的相容性。结果表明,采用超临界二氧化碳(scCO2)作为辅助发泡剂,scCO2的加入提高了阻燃剂的分散,阻燃性能有所提高,制备出泡孔均匀的无卤阻燃聚丙烯发泡片材。

【Abstract】 Because of its superior mechanical properties,high temperature resistance,chemical resistance and other characteristics,polypropylene(PP)foam materials are recognized as the best substitutes for traditional polystyrene(PS)foam materials and polyurethane(PU)foam materials.Because polypropylene has a low oxygen index,it is a flammable material,and it keeps burning away from fire sources,which limits its application to some extent.The current research focuses mainly on the development of new flame retardants.Little research has been done on flame retardant polypropylene foams.In this paper,the traditional intumescent flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate(APP),pentaerythritol(PER),melamine(MEL)were used as the flame retardant system,and the low-melt strength PP coated flame retardant was used to prepare the masterbatch,which can improve its compatibility with high Melt strength PP.The results showed that the supercritical carbon dioxide is used as the auxiliary foaming agent,the addition of scCO2 improves the dispersion of the flame retardant,and the flame retardant performance is improved.The halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene foam sheet with uniform cells was prepared.
