绿色溶剂中廉价铜(Ⅱ)盐催化的端基炔烃交叉偶联反应

【摘要】 本文采用超临界二氧化碳(ScCO2)为绿色溶剂,对廉价铜盐催化下的端基炔烃交叉偶联反应进行了研究。催化剂和碱助剂的筛选结果表明,由CuCl2·2H2O和DBU组成的催化体系,能有效促进端基炔烃在ScCO2中的交叉偶联反应。通过对反应时间、温度及压力等工艺参数的优化,得到了该催化反应的最佳条件。在优化条件下,进行了底物适应性研究。结果表明底物适应性很宽,多种端基炔烃可在不添加任何有机溶剂的超临界二氧化碳介质中顺利进行交叉偶联反应,并以中等产率得到相应的不对称1,3-丁二炔类产物。
【Abstract】 Inexpensive copper(Ⅱ)salt catalyzed the cross-coupling reaction of terminal alkynes was studied by using supercritical carbon dioxide(ScCO2)as the green solvent.The results of screening catalysts and base promoters show that.CuCl2·2 H2 O/DBU(1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene)catalytic system can effectively promote the cross-coupling of terminal alkynes in ScCO2.The effects of reaction conditions,such as reaction time,temperature and CO2 pressure,on the yield of the cross-coupled product were investigated,and the optimized reaction conditions were given in this paper.The substrate scope under the optimized conditions has been researched,and the cross-coupling of various terminal alkynes could afford a series of unsymmetrical 1,3-diynes in moderate yields in pure ScCO2.
