【摘要】 城市自然环境对人们身心健康的积极影响已经被大量研究所证实,同时环境对人的影响体现在视觉、听觉等多重感知维度。在恢复性环境的实证研究方面,以往的研究集中在视觉体验方面,对声音体验及视听交互体验的关注较少,目前的研究具有从单一视觉体验转向多维感知体验的研究趋势。本文以压力恢复为着眼点,通过对大量实证研究的述评,从视觉与听觉及视听交互作用角度总结归纳了具有压力恢复作用的城市自然环境要素的特征。其中视觉角度包括围合度特征、植被覆盖率特征、绿视率特征等;听觉角度包括声压级特征、声喜好特征等。从目前的研究现状来看,对于环境视听要素与压力恢复的关系研究尚处于初步阶段,未来还需借助更多方法和技术进行进一步的定量研究,以此为旨在提高促进压力恢复的城市自然环境设计提供证据支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The positive impact of urban natural environment on people’s physical and mental health has been confirmed by a large number of research institutes.At the same time,the impact of environment on people is reflected in multiple perception dimensions such as sight and hearing.In the empirical research of restorative environment,the previous research focused on a single visual experience,and paid less attention to the sound experience and audio-visual interactive experience.The current research has a research trend from a single visual experience to a multi-dimensional perception experience.Focusing on stress recovery,this paper summarizes the characteristics of urban natural environment elements with pressure recovery from the perspective of visual and auditory and audio-visual interaction through a review of a large number of empirical studies.The visual angle includes the degree of enclosure,vegetation coverage,and green visibility.The auditory angle includes sound pressure level characteristics and sound characteristics.From the current research status,the research on the relationship between environmental audio-visual elements and stress recovery is still in its infancy,and further methods and techniques are needed for further quantitative research in the future,as a city that aims to improve the pressure recovery.Environmental design provides evidence support.更多还原
