人工四倍体桑树新品种皖桑优1号的选育

【摘要】 以二倍体桑品种7707的新梢芽为材料,用0.4%秋水仙碱+3%二甲亚砜混合液诱变染色体加倍,获得多个桑树变异芽植株,将变异芽植株嫁接繁殖,并进行单株选择、系统选育和品种比较鉴定试验,获得性状表现稳定的四倍体桑树新品种,2014年通过安徽省林木品种审定委员会审定,定名为皖桑优1号。该人工四倍体桑树新品种在区域性鉴定中与二倍体桑树品种湖桑32号比较,桑叶年产量增产18.75%,桑叶养蚕的产茧量提高6.18%,茧层量提高5.63%,并且抗寒性及抵抗桑疫病、桑黄化型萎缩病的能力较强,是一个综合性状优良、丰产性好、抗逆能力较强的四倍体桑品种,适合在长江流域蚕区栽植。
【Abstract】 Several variation plants were obtained by treating fresh treetop of diploid mulberry 7707 by chromosome doubling with 0.4% colchicine plus 3% dimethyl sulfoxide mixture.Artificial tetraploid mulberry plant was obtained by grafting,breeding,single plant selection,plant line selection and variety comparative trial.The new mulberry variety was approved by Forest Variety Approval Committee of Anhui Province in 2014 and named Wansangyou 1.The leaf production,cocoon production volume,cocoon shell weight per year reared with leaves of this artificial tetraploid mulberry variety increased by 18.75%,6.18% and 5.63% respectively compared with Husang 32,the control diploid cultivar.Moreover,it showed higher resistance to cold,mulberry blight disease and mulberry yellow dwarf disease,being suitable for growing in sericultural regions of the Yangtze River Valley.
