离心机圆柱形机室的温升分析

【摘要】 考虑圆柱形机室顶板、底板和侧壁导热,建立离心机转臂-空气-机室墙壁系统的能量平衡关系,导出了机室内空气的温升公式。理论计算了一台实际土工离心机的机室温升,结果与实测结果一致。在此基础上,计算分析了机室内空气温升随机室侧壁材料、厚度以及随机室侧壁外表面换热系数和机室通风口排风流量的变化规律,给出了减薄侧壁厚度、采用热导率大的材料建造侧壁、增大外表面换热系数和增大通风口排风流量可降低机室温升的程度。

【Abstract】 Taking the heat conduction of the top,bottom,and lateral walls into consideration,the energy equilibrium relation for the whole cylindrical chamber-walls system was developed and the analytic formula of temperature rise of the system was deduced.A theoretical calculation of the temperature rise of one practical centrifuge was carried out and the calculated result was in good agreement with experimental one.Furthermore,through theoretical calculation,the curves of the chamber temperature rise versus the lateral wall material properties and thickness,the heat exchange coefficient at the outer surface of the lateral wall,and the speed of air output from the chamber were obtained and related change laws were analyzed.It is concluded that either the thinner the lateral wall is,or the bigger the heat conductivity of the lateral wall is,or the bigger the heat exchange coefficient at the outer surface of the lateral wall is or the bigger the speed of air output from the chamber is,the lower the chamber temperature rise is.
