高速电主轴动态加载电磁力研究

【摘要】 高速电主轴在进行非接触式径向电磁加载时,模拟刀具表面会产生涡流,电磁力会随着转速的提高而快速下降。为了更好地了解电磁力随着转速的变化情况,实现对电磁力的控制,建立了电磁力随着主轴转速变化的解析模型,并对电磁力下降机理进行了分析,得出了动态电磁力的解析式。解析计算结果表明电磁力随着转速的升高快速下降,当下降到一定程度,电磁力逐渐趋于平缓。采用有限元软件对旋转状态下的电磁加载进行的数值模拟,试验测量了不同转速下的电磁力的大小。结果表明解析计算、仿真计算与测试结果吻合较好,证明了该解析计算方法预测动态电磁力的有效性,该方法为高效控制电磁力提供了指导。

【Abstract】 High-speed motorized spindle is widely applied in recent years.The electromagnetic force will decrease quickly with the increase of rotational speed of the high-speed motorized spindle when loading non-contact radial electromagnetic force on it,due to the effect of eddy current on the surface of the loading bar.In order to better understandand control the electromagnetic force when the spindle is rotating,an analytical model of the electromagnetic force is established.The process of the electromagnetic force decline is analyzed in detail,and finally a dynamic analytic expression of electromagnetic force is obtained.The analytical results show that the electromagnetic force declines rapidly with the increase of rotational speed and then the force flatten out gradually.A finite element model(FEM) was established and the electromagnetic force was measured in a real machine with different speeds.Results show that the calculation results,simulation resultsandtesting results are in good agreement with each other,proving the effectiveness of the proposed analytical calculation methodfor predicting the dynamic electromagnetic force.This method may provide guidance to control electromagnetic force efficiently.
