【摘要】 目的:了解全国范围内多中心样本医院成年烧伤患者临床使用抗菌药物的临床使用特征。方法:采用频数统计法对多中心样本医院的成年烧伤患者的抗菌药物使用情况进行研究。结果:共12 483例成年烧伤患者纳入统计,中年男性患者发病最高。成年烧伤患者抗菌药物使用率为89.65%,抗菌药物使用强度达110.65DDDs,首日抗菌药物使用率为53.75%。结论:我国成年烧伤患者首日抗菌药物使用普遍,头孢菌素类、青霉素类复方制剂、对β-内酰胺酶敏感的青霉素为主要的经验性预防用药。烧伤患者抗菌药物联合使用较多,应及时进行病原细菌学培养,合理应用抗菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: In a large population-based cohort of patients hospitalized with burn, we aimed to investigate prospectively and retrospectively the epidemiology of the burn and the antibiotic drug prescription habits. METHODS: With the regional large medical data, we conducted the retrospective cross-sectional observational study on the frequency of the adult patients hospitalized with burn, according to age group, gender, hospitalization time, types of burn, antibiotic drugs. RESULTS: 12483 inpatients were included in this investigation. The male patients were significantly more than female patients. 89.65% of the adult patients hospitalized with burn were treated with antibiotic drugs. 53.75% of the adult patients hospitalized with burn were treated with antibiotic drugs on the first day of hospitalization. CONCLUSION: In this study, patterns of antibiotics prescription for patients hospitalized with burn were assessed. In the present investigation, most patients initially received cephalosporins, penicillins withβ-lactamase inhibitors, or penicillins that are sensitive to beta-lactamase for prophylactic usage. The choice of antibioic therapy for these patients should be based on technical criteria, based on laboratory findings, and the management for the rational use of drugs should be strengthened更多还原
