【摘要】 目的通过对1例胺碘酮致肺间质纤维化的病例进行分析,旨在为患者用药安全提供参考。方法对本患者胺碘酮致肺间质纤维化的关联性、可能机制及治疗策略进行分析。结果该患者肺间质纤维化与胺碘酮的因果关系评定等级为很可能。结论医师及药师在治疗期间应评价药物的获益与风险,做到安全有效用药,及早发现导致药源性疾病的药物,并将药源性的损害降至最低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the analysis of 1 cases of amiodarone induced pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, the aim was to provide reference for the safety of patients with medication. Methods The association of amiodarone induced pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in this patient, the possible mechanism and treatment strategy were analyzed. Results The patients with pulmonary fibrosis causality with amiodarone ratings for may. Conclusion Physicians and pharmacists should evaluate the benefits and risks of the drug during the treatment, so as to ensure safe and effective drug use, early detection of drug-induced diseases.更多还原
