【摘要】 目的:通过比较佳木斯地区高血压病患者的ABCB1 C3435T基因的不同基因型与不同基因型患者服用厄贝沙坦、缬沙坦后的血药浓度的差异,探讨高血压患者ABCB1 C3435T不同基因型与血药浓度的关系,与患者疗效的关系。方法:荧光染色原位杂交法检测高血压患者ABCB1的基因型,高效液相色谱法测定厄贝沙坦、缬沙坦的血药浓度。结果:CC、CT、TT 3种基因型基因分布分别为33.1%、50.7%和16.2%;三种基因型高血压患者服用ARB达稳态血药浓度后测得的血药浓度,CC与CT型没有差异,CC与TT型有差异,测得高血压患者的血压变化情况,CC与CT型没有差异,CC与TT型有差异。结论:ABCB1基因TT型对高血压患者服用厄贝沙坦、缬沙坦的血药浓度有影响,CC、CT型对血药浓度没有影响,含T等位基因患者降压效果较明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: By comparing the ABCB1 gene of patients with hypertension in Jiamusi area of different genotypes and different genotypes of patients taking Irbesartan and Valsartan after the blood concentrations of different,to investigate the relationship between different genotypes of ABCB1 and serum drug concentration in patients with hypertension and the relationship with the patient’s curative effect Methods:Detection of AGTR1 gene in patients with hypertension by fluorescence in situ hybridization,blood drug concentration determination of Irbesartan and Valsartan by HPLC.Results: Distribution of CC\CT\TT gene respectively: 33.1%、50.7% and 16.2%,The results of blood drug concentration of different genotypes of patients with hypertension after taking ARB reached steady state serum concentration is CC、CT has no difference,CC、TT has difference,The change of blood pressure in patients with hypertension, CC、CT has no difference,CC、TT has difference.Conclusion: TT gene type ABCB1 has an impact on the plasma concentrations of hypertensive patients taking Irbesartan and Valsartan,CT and CC had no effect on plasma concentration of ARB,the antihypertensive effect of patients with T allele was significantly.更多还原
