【摘要】 快速建议指南是一种重要的指南类型,对现有证据(尤其是系统评价)进行快速检索、评估的基础上,进行证据分级,形成推荐意见。相对于标准指南,其花费较少,制作周期短,但可增加偏倚风险。反过来相对专家共识,具有较低的偏倚风险。在缺乏制定标准指南条件下,快速建议指南不失为一种有效工具,降低指南的偏倚风险并提高指南的指南。本文将以《基于肠促胰素治疗药物临床应用的快速建议指南》为例,介绍该快速建议指南的制作方法和过程:如临床问题和结局指标的收集及确定,证据的获取和评价及推荐意见的共识等,为快速建议指南的制定提供方法学指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid advice guidelines are an important type of clinical guidelines by quickly systematically searching and assessing the available evidence(especially systematic review), grading the evidence and finally forming recommendations. Compared with the standard guidelines, rapid advice guidelines spend less and cost shorter duration, but increasing the risk of bias. However, relatively to expert consensus, they have a lower risk of bias. In the absence of conditions of developing standard guidelines, rapid advice guidelines are an effective tool to reduce the risk of bias and improve the quality of guidelines. In order to provide methodological guidance for the rapid advice guidelines, this paper will take the 《The clinical application of incretin-based therapies: a rapid advice guidelines》 for an example, to describe the methods and processes of rapid advice guidelines: such as collection and determination of clinical questions and outcomes, obtaining evidence and consensus of recommendations.更多还原
